All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse in Glasgow, Scotland within 48 hours (subject to stock availability and acceptance of payment) Monday to Friday

Orders are usually dispatched by DPD, DHL and other couriers.  Orders are usually delivered within 1-2 days within the UK.  Orders from out with the UK will take longer.

**A standard charge of £5.00 will be applied to all orders under £100 in the UK. Orders with a value greater than £100 will be delivered Free of Charge within the UK. Orders sent within Europe will carry a standard charge of £12.99 and for orders to the US and the rest of the world a charge of £19.95 will be applied.

All orders a payable in £ Sterling.  Your bank will apply the applicable exchange rate for the day of purchase.

Orders will require a signature upon delivery or subsequent collection.

We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or organisation.

All times quoted for delivery are estimates and we will not be liable for failure to meet these estimates. The customer will not be entitled to reject goods or treat the contract as repudiated in the event of such failure.

Personalised garments are usually dispatched within 14 days assuming we have received signed-off artwork at time of order.
